Pro invoice is generated at this stage and the client is requested for 30 percent advance payment for order processing purposes. All the necessary terms are shared with the client in black and white & transparency of the highest level is maintained throughout.
Production begins and the process takes about 1 to 2 weeks. You will be kept updated about the production process and once all the tiles are ready, we will click and share photos of the ready order material for you.
Now since the production is already over, we proceed with the shipping formalities. Goods are shipped via shipping line at competitive sea freight and lowest transit time. Post shipping your order, we share the original scanned documents with the client. The client is required to process the remaining payment after receiving the scanned original documents.
After receiving a confirmation from our bank of receipt of payment, we will send all original documents to your registered office via DHL at the earliest so that you can get the order lot released from the shipping company.
